Due to popular demand the October workshop has been changed to a Sweater Making lesson. Details are:
October 19 10-4 at my studio in the former Notre Dame church (40 Melville Street) right in the heart of Pittsfield. Come join the fun and learn how to make Crispina style sweaters from 100% recycled wool sweaters.
The class costs $150 and includes the use of all tools and materials as well as lunch.

They are held at my studio located at 40 Melville Street in the former Notre Dame Church from 10-4 for a cost of $150.
Class size is limited to 10 people and there is a five person minimum.

I am planning a three day intensive for November 16-18. $450 for all three days. Curriculum includes sweater, scarf, mitten and blanket making. Accommodations are available for an additional charge. Tuition assistance is available.

Harvest

This past weekend was a welcomed introduction to a circle of surreal magic that seemed to be on every corner. Route 9 from Pittsfield to Twist Fair in Northampton is not to be missed. Check out the eyecandy! This is just a sample!

Twist Fair

I participated in a brand new indie craft sale at the Northampton Center for the Arts. It was really well attended and well run by Lexie and Cory Barnes.
Sold a bunch of stuff and got a lot of interest in the workshops I have been offering in my studio. Speaking of which, I have one spot left for this Saturday's Sweater Making session. It runs from 10-4 on September 13th. All materials are included as well as a nice lunch. The cost is $125 and you will leave with a finished, or nearly finished sweater.
